Q: Can you ship treats outside of Texas?

A: Currently, we can only sell and ship our treats to residents of the state of Texas. We’re committed to ensuring the highest quality and safety for our customers, and this policy helps us maintain that standard. Q: What ingredients do you use in your treats?

A: At The Hippie Howl, we prioritize your dog’s health and happiness. Our treats are made with wholesome all-natural ingredients like:

  • Whole Wheat Fruits (like pumpkin, apples, and bananas)
  • Vegetables (including sweet potatoes and carrots)
  • SuperFood Powders (including beet root, strawberry, carob, and turmeric)
  • Healthy fats (such as coconut oil)
  • No artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors

Q: How should I store your dog treats? 

A: To keep your dog treats fresh and flavorful, we recommend storing them in a tightly sealed container. For optimal freshness, keep them in the refrigerator, where they will last for 2 to 3 weeks. If you’d like to extend their shelf life, you can also freeze the treats, which will keep them good for 2 to 4 months. Please note that some treats may have a shorter shelf life, so it’s best to follow the storage instructions on the treat packaging. Q: Can I customize bandanas or bows for my dog?

A: Currently, we do not offer custom orders for bandanas or bows. However, we have a variety of fun and stylish options available in our collection! If you have any specific questions or need assistance finding the perfect accessory for your pup, please feel free to reach out!

PICK UP & DELIVERY

Q: Do you offer local delivery or pick-up?

A: Yes! We offer local delivery and pick-up options within a 30-mile radius. If you’re in our delivery area, you can enjoy the convenience of having our treats brought right to your door.
