TREAT INFORMATION
Q: Where do you ship treats?
A: We currently ship our handmade treats within Texas and to select states like Arkansas and Oregon. Due to state regulations, we can only ship treats to states where we are registered and approved.
If you're outside of those states, you can still shop our accessories like bandanas and beaded collars!
Q: What ingredients do you use in your treats?
A: We use simple, natural ingredients like whole wheat flour, oat flour, natural peanut butter, cinnamon, fruits, vegetables, and other dog-safe ingredients.
We never use artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.
Q: What icing and coloring do you use?
A: We use dog-safe icing such as yogurt-based icing or blends made with yogurt powder and tapioca starch.
For coloring, we use natural fruit and vegetable powders—no artificial dyes.
Q: How should I store your dog treats?
A: Most treats last up to 2+ weeks in a air tight sealed container or in the refrigerator.
Some items, like pupcakes and breads, should be refrigerated. You can also freeze treats for up to 3 months. Always check treats before serving.
Q: Are your treats lab tested?
A: Yes! At The Hippie Howl, we prioritize the safety and quality of our treats. Our products are made with high-quality ingredients and are tested to ensure they meet safety standards.
Q: What should I do if my dog has a food allergy?
A: If your dog has a food allergy, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before ordering.
We’re always happy to provide ingredient details to help you make the best choice for your pup.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Q: Do you offer custom orders for treats?
A: Yes! We offer custom orders for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, holidays, and more.
A 4-week notice is required for all custom orders.
PICK UP & DELIVERY
Q: Do you offer local delivery or pick-up?
A: Yes! We ship treats within approved states and also offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius. Pickup is available as well.
A delivery fee may apply.
Ordering
Q: What is your processing time?
A: Treat orders are typically processed within about a week, depending on when the order is placed.
We ship treats Monday–Wednesday to avoid delays. Orders that include both treats and accessories may take up to 2 weeks.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order directly through our website!
