Welcome to The Hippie Howl! All of our treats and accessories are handmade with care and intention. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on what you order. This Shipping Policy explains what to expect so there are no surprises — just happy pups.
2. Shipping Areas
Dog Treats
Due to individual state feed laws, we are currently licensed to sell and ship our handmade dog treats to the following states:

Oregon
We are actively working on expanding to additional states.
Accessories
All non-treat items (bandanas, necklaces, and accessories) ship anywhere within the United States.
We also offer local pickup and local delivery within a 30-mile radius for local customers.
3. Processing Times
Because everything we make is handmade and made-to-order, processing times vary based on your order type.
Treat-Only Orders OR Accessory-Only Orders

Typical processing time: 1–2 weeks
Combined Orders (Treats + Accessories)

Processing time may take up to 2–3 weeks
This extended time accounts for:

Baking treats fresh

Cooling and dehydration (when applicable)

Icing and decorating (if included)

Crafting and preparing accessories

Coordinating everything to ship together safely
We always aim to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining quality and freshness.
4. Treat Shipping Schedule (Important)
To ensure freshness and avoid extended transit times over weekends:

Dog treats ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays only

Orders completed later in the week will ship the following week
All treat orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.

Delivery typically occurs after shipment within the carrier’s estimated timeframe. Delivery times may vary based on:

Expedited Shipping
If available, expedited options may appear at checkout. Additional fees apply. Please note that expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
