2. Eligibility for Refunds on Perishable items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has arrived damaged or spoiled during transit.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

 Eligibility for Refunds on Non-Perishable items : To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Include photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

Refund policy for purchases made at in-market events:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If your dog does not enjoy our treats, please let us know within 7 days of purchase. We’ll gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
